We’ve given a complete makeover to the web site of East Lothian Orienteers (ELO). Previously the orienteering club had a static html web site which took a good deal of time to maintain. Their new web site, a responsive design which renders well in smart phones and tablets, has a number of new features in addition to being easier to maintain:
- events calendar where forthcoming events can be posted with full details including linked location maps;
- contact form;
- subscribe form, where visitors can see up to receive automatic notification of new articles on the web site;
- rss feeds from orienteering’s Scottish and British national bodies; and,
- a gallery.
We hope that ELO’s new web site will prove no more difficult to navigate than the forests of East Lothian!
